Walking around Las Dunas de Maspalomas made me feel like I was walking the the true desert. At the beginning of the trip, the Dunas area didn't seem such vast, but as we were walking, it seemed that the area ends far than estimated.. April 2, 2022 • Hiking. Dunas de Maspalomas is an amazingly beautiful site, although full of people. We went 'out trail' to walk up the dunes and the view was breath taking. Good foot wear recommended. Shore trail is obviouly much cooler and refreshing when came down from the dunes, which felt like a bit of 'desert'.
